Hi my names James Rankin founder of Ranx Industrial Services.
 

With 18 years of hands-on industrial experience, I’ve dedicated my career to solving complex challenges across mining, manufacturing and critical infrastructure.
 

My journey began as a general household electrician back in 2008 evolved through supervisory and planning roles at major sites across NSW & VIC Gold Mine operation.
Now to drive this business - a culmination of technical mastery, operational leadership and a relentless focus on reliability and precision.

Why I Started Ranx - After 15+ years in mining (Surface and Underground), 3 years in other industrial areas and countless hours calibrating, troubleshooting electrical systems and leading plant shutdowns I saw a gap.
Victoria needed partners who could blend technical skill with adaptive problem-solving. The next generation of industrial contractor!  

Ranx was born to fill that gap - delivering tailored solutions that keep operations running smoothly, safely and sustainably.
